Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the time for                                                               
reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 28(FIN) "An Act                                                                       
relating to limitations on mandatory overtime for registered nurses and                                                         
licensed practical nurses in health care facilities; and providing for an                                                       
effective date" be extended to April 1. Without objection, it was so                                                            
ordered.
